DESCRIPTION:Southover Open Gardens is back and blooming again for 2025 with a trail of secret gardens to explore in Lewes on Sunday June 8 from 2pm to 5pm. \nThe event is hosted by us\, Southover Bonfire Society\, and is raising funds to buy some of the fireworks Lewes is famous for. DESCRIPTION:Priory by Candlelight is postponed to 14th September 2024\n\nIt is with regret that we have taken the decision to postpone Priory by Candlelight to Saturday 14th September 2024. Unfortunately\, the weather forecast for tomorrow suggests it will be raining throughout the evening and the recent heavy rain means the site is already saturated. Therefore\, we believe that postponement for a week is the best course of action for both safety reasons and to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. We have not taken this decision lightly and are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.\n\nPre-booked tickets will still be valid for the 14th September and timings and other arrangements for the event remain the same.
