Southover Open Gardens is back

Southover Open Gardens is back and blooming again for 2022 with a trail of secret gardens to explore in Lewes on Sunday June 12 from 2pm – 5pm. Entry is by ticket only at £5, kids go free. The event is hosted by us, Southover Bonfire Society, and is raising funds to buy some of the fireworks Lewes is famous for. There are a wide range of gardens to see, including several new ones: from large traditional English spaces to those that are smaller, or with a more contemporary feel. There will also be delicious cakes and refreshments for sale. Tickets for the Open Gardens are available from mid May at the Lewes Tourist Information Centre, St Pancras Stores, The Swan and The King’s Head public houses in Lewes. For more information, please follow us at https://www.facebook.com/opengardensofsouthover/ To share the event with friends and family, you can also point folk to our website here at www.southoverbs.com

We are still looking for gardens to take part in the trail. If you’d like to get involved, please email emmaq@me.com or treasurer@southoverbs.com
