| What roles do you currently play within the society? | Director, Chair, Marshal, Membership Team |
| What does this role/roles involve? | Chair: My job is to lead the society and chair the committee meetings and any other meetings and panels as necessary. I attend BONCO and have regular meetings with the other society chairs. I approve minutes and agenda’s on behalf of the society as well as send out communications to the wider membership. Director: As an LTD company, we are required to have directors who are legally responsible for making sure our accounts are led. Marshal: I have been a marshal for the buccaneers for 15 years. We are responsible for the Safety of members on the 5th and the smooth running of the night. Membership Team: I have been part of the membership team for over 10 years. We manage Member Mojo and run badge nights and keep members’ records as well as liaise with Captains, Chiefs, and Leads. |
