What roles do you currently play within the society? Membership
What does this role/roles involve? The Membership Team are responsible for ensuring the online renewal system is available for all members to use and update. We welcome new members and monitor their applications for putting to committee for approval. Then we send a new members pack out containing guidance on safety & society rules, description of ranks and pioneer groups. The team set up and hold Badge Nights to ensure that all paid up members receive the annual badge which gives them the right to process with SBS on the 5th November. We ensure that everyone has read and understood the SBS disclaimer, that way ensuring everybody processing is safe. We support the captains and team leads with providing contact emails for members who have ticked a volunteer activity that is so important to Bon re success. Assist Comms team with email distributions lists so that vital communications and updates reach everyone.

What do you most love about your role/s? Meeting and engaging with Bonfire friends
